We believe in the high quality and exclusivity of our rugs. We handle a one-of-a-kind inventory with high-quality standards. However, we also know that buying rugs online becomes a bit difficult because you cannot appreciate their qualities and colors. This is the reason that Rug source offers you a free 30-day return, as well as we guarantee your money back.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase of your rug (s), feel free to request our full money-back guarantee and use our free 30 days return policy. Rug source wants you to have a unique experience, our goal is to achieve the best satisfaction of our customers.

How to initiate a return?

If your new rug is not working and you are unsatisfied with your purchase of your rug (s), please contact us, and send it back for no charge within 30 days of receiving your order. Request for a return by emailing us at info@rugsource.com, include the full details of the rug(s).

Information that you’ll need to start a return:

When you email us, let us know both the order number and the SKU of the item you want to return. Also, we will need the dimensions and weight of the package (s) you’ll be shipping the rug in, to make sure the package will arrive in the same condition that we shipped it, please fold, roll, and package the rug like how we shipped it to you, (please use the same type of plastic, or other similar material strong enough to protect the rug during transit). The package should not exceed 45x15x15 dimensions (LxWxH). Once we have received all the information that was mentioned before, you will receive an email with the return label. Please drop off your package (s) at a nearby FedEx drop point with the return label (s) that you received. Our free 30-day return policy is how we create a better shopping experience and customer satisfaction. FREE RETURN DOESN’T APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. International customers are responsible for using their own return label to ship the rug (s) back to our location. Free Return doesn't apply to international and Freight Orders (LTL), these returns needs to be coordinated by customers.

Return eligibility

All our rugs are eligible for full refunds if they are:

  1. Returned within 30 days of receiving your order. (Rug Source needs to receive the returned rug (s) within those 30 days, if we receive them after that window, we can't accept the return)
  2. Returned in the same condition as delivered.
  3. Rug pads are not returnable. Our quality rug pads are custom cut to fit each rug. For this reason, rug pad purchases are not returnable and will not be refunded.

Rug pad (s) return exception

Customers need to return the RUG PAD (s) if they are offered as part of the promotion. Sometimes we offer a FREE RUG PAD included with every purchase, in this situation if a customer requests a return, the customer needs to return the rug (s) plus the rug pad (s) included in the original order.

Requesting Replacement/Exchange of Rug(s)

If you want to return your purchased rug(s) and exchange or replace it, please indicate it in the email, we will be happy to assist you and work with you to do the exchange.

International Orders

Our FREE 30 days return policy ONLY applies for orders in the US (except HI/AK/PR), the return of international orders is NOT FREE. International customers are responsible for using their own return label to ship the rug (s) back to our location.
Original shipping fee that was charged for international orders is not refundable.

Processing your return

However, we also wanted to clarify that receipt of your return does not mean we will refund your money that same day. Instead, it takes between 5 to 7 business days for us to fully process your return. Our shipping team will systematically work through your return, ensuring that the rug we sent is what we received. Once we’ve verified the return, that’s when we’ll refund your money.

Your first 3 returns are FREE

Finally, to ensure that each customer is treated fairly and that our costs can remain reasonable, we offer our 30-day free returns policy on your first three rugs. That’s one reason why we encourage customers to reach out to us before purchasing so that we can narrow down your options most effectively.
