We believe in the high quality and exclusivity of our rugs. We handle a one-of-a-kind inventory with high-quality standards. However, we also know that buying rugs online becomes a bit difficult because you can not appreciate their qualities and colors. This is the reason that Rug source offers you a free 30 days return, as well as we guarantee your money back.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchase of your rug (s), feel free to request our full money-back guarantee and use our free 30 days return policy. Rug source wants you to have a unique experience, our goal is to achieve the best satisfaction of our customers.

If your new rug is not working and you are unsatisfied with your purchase of your rug (s), please contact us, and send it back for no charge within 30 days, considering the following steps:

  1. Request for a return by emailing us at info@rugsource.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the full details of the rug(s). (Order number, rug type, size, and your phone number/email id).
  2. Once you’ve processed your return you will receive an email with your return label.
  3. Wrap the rug in its original packaging or equivalent.
  4. After we receive and inspect the rug (s) the refund process takes between 5-7 business days.

Our free 30 days return policy is how we create a better shopping experience and customer satisfaction.

Return eligibility

All our rugs are eligible for full refunds as long as they are:

  1. Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Returned in the same condition as delivered.
  3. Rug pads are not returnable. Our quality rug pads are custom cut to fit each rug. For this reason, rug pad purchases are not returnable and will not be refunded.

Rug Pad (s) return exception

Customers need to return the RUG PAD (s) if they are offered as part of the promotion. Sometimes we offer a FREE RUG PAD included with every purchase, in this situation if a customer requests a return, the customer needs to return the rug (s) plus the rug pad (s) included in the original order.

Requesting Replacement/Exchange of Rug(s)

If you want to return your purchased rug(s) and exchange or replace it, please indicate it in the email, we will be happy to assist you and work with you to do the exchange.

International Orders

Our free 30 days return ONLY applies for orders in the US (except HI/AK/PR), the return of International orders is NOT FREE. International customers are responsible of use their own return label for ship the rug (s) back to our location.
