Well, my overall experience was great, the rug is in beautiful condition as described, when I initially reached out with questions before purchase, they were great at answering them. The rug shipped quickly and was well wrapped and protected. My only disappointment is that the rug was about 3 inches and narrower and width then what they advertised and what they confirmed when I called and asked questions when I use their chat feature to let them know this I could see that they read the chat, but no one reached out and replied back. Even with just I'm sorry this happened so well I will order from them again as overall I'm happy with the experience. I was not impressed by lack of feedback from them after I purchased. Which makes me wonder if I really did have an issue where it would've warranted a more responsive approach that they would ignore that too.
