RugSource site was a easy site to get around. Most rug photos are lite well. The upclose photos are the best. Going thru all the photos below the Main rug photo are the BEST to see the rug well, almost like it was in your presence.

The website is great. Photos are a bit dim and there were a few website glitches with loading pages, but otherwise very easy to navigate and very detailed. Can't wait to see the rugs.

This is my third or fourth purchase and I've always been happy about quality, price and delivery.

This will be my 4th rug! I just moved and hate the floors, so one more rug when I find the right one! Update: I am returning the rig, it does not work in the designated space.

I'm still waiting to hear back on the approval of a return. This process seems a little cumbersome. Although ordering, pricing, and delivery were excellent.
