This is my third purchase on Rug Source. I love that I can save all of the rugs that I like in a "save for later" section under my login. Paint and couches come in every color and that can be true of curtains as well, so I always start a room with the rug ! I have literally spent many hours on this website. Great rug. Fast service. Web description thorough and accurate. But the ordering protocol online is marginally deceptive business practices. Choices for 'insurance' and 'pad' were greyed out--which usually indicates an option to choose. In fact, it's an option to reject, so I got a pad and insurance i neither needed nor wanted. It's fine--good pad, fine rug, good price. But I felt a little misled.
