Everything was very good. Someone even answered the phone in the evening and gave me helpful information as well as re-assurance because I initially had ordered to large a rug for my space! My initial less-than-5-star reviews were because the transaction wasn't yet complete and I didn't know what would happen from that moment on. In fact, the rug arrived within a couple of days. Although it was hard for me to pull it into my house on my own, I did and then got help from a neighbor bringing it further in. the rug then had to sit, in its wrap, for a few days until I could get help to lay it down. But when we opened the packaging and unrolled the rug, I was very pleased with what I found. It WAS the rug I had ordered, and it looks very good. I was 100% satisfied with the customer service on the phone and with the rug itself. For the most part, I found the website easy to use -- tho it can be a little challenging to find a rug-picture one has seen and wants to return to.
