Great rug. Fast service. Web description thorough and accurate. But the ordering protocol online is marginally deceptive business practices. Choices for 'insurance' and 'pad' were greyed out--which usually indicates an option to choose. In fact, it's an option to reject, so I got a pad and insurance i neither needed nor wanted. It's fine--good pad, fine rug, good price. But I felt a little misled.
