Absolutely beautiful rug and even better in person! The quality exceeded my expectations. It is thick, substantial, beautifully made, and the wool feels luxurious underfoot. love Love LOVE the stunning 10 x 20 rug I ordered from you last month. It arrived so quickly I couldn’t believe it. The rug is top quality and even more gorgeous in person. Also the perfect rug pad that you recommended as well. I was so pleased with that purchase that I am returning to Rug Source for my dining room rug - a 10 x 13 size in a different style but that has some similar colors as the large living room rug. I will be back when it’s time for the foyer rug!!!! I appreciate that not everything is handknotted. I love handknotted but due to our cat tearing the loops I needed tufted or low pile for these rooms - his claws are less likely to snag and tear those.

The hereke rug we received was beautiful. My only complaint is that it was extremely dusty and had a musty smell; which I know is normal in a rug warehouse but having it professionally cleaned is an additional expense. It did not, however, prevent me from ordering another rug. Thanks
