We back all of our products, so rest assure if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer 30 days money back guaranteed.
We strive for the best customer satisfaction this is one way we can ease our customer’s buying experience. If for any reason, you are unhappy with the purchase of your rug(s), simply return the rug(s) within 30 days.
We would be more than happy to get you the perfect fitting for your rug pad needs. Our quality rug pad are custom cut to fit each rug. For this reason, rug pad purchases are not returnable and will not be refunded.
Rug Source offers free shipping of purchased items only. All return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the customer. The only exception will be in the case of exchanges or replacement (see policy below). Once the return has been processed, you’ll be refunded within 48 hours.
Steps by step returns
- Request for a return by emailing us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the full details of the rug(s) including order number, rug type, size and your phone number/email id.
- You will be provided a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Have your rug folded, rolled and wrapped similarly to the way in which you received your package.
- Choose any of the options below to ship your rug(s).
- Once your rug(s) is received and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and will be refunded within 48 hours.
* Options to ship the rug(s):
Option 1. Use your local post office or carrier of choice to arrange your return shipping. (All expense incurred will be the responsibility of the customer)
Option 2. Use Rug Source’s carrier of choice. Indicate in your email that you would like for us to arrange for your package to be picked up by our carrier. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Requesting Replacement/Exchange of Rug(s)
If you want to return your purchased rug(s) and exchange it for different rug(s) please indicate this in your email. We will work with you to coordinate this effort. In this scenario, we will cover for the cost of the returned rug using our carrier of choice.
